The opening night of the 16th edition of the Agora for Journalism in Tours took place at Villa Rabelais in Tours. Chefs and journalists exchanged their recipes with the public. Speakers : Jean-Sébastien Petitdemange, journalist and columnist specialising in food & heritage (RTL), Stéphanie Hein, butcher (MOF), Ambroise Voreux, chef and former Top Chef France candidate, and Yohan Nicolas, editor-in-chief of France Bleu Touraine.
