Line Vaaben will explore whether there is such a thing as a distinctly European DNA of storytelling. She will dig into what existential journalism is, and why narrative journalism and reportage may be among the most important genres in an age of news fatigue, AI and growing distrust in the media. She will ask what happens when journalism moves beyond informing us about the world to helping us understand what it means to be human.
